Do interventions work? Most alcohol company interventions (e.g. Coors' tiny image '21 means 21') have not been evaluated. However, even the lowly Federal alcohol warning label has a very small but measureable effect. If you have never seen the warning it is reproduced below.
Of course this type of intervention is extremely passive and that is the problem. Most people never see the warning and it is a simple text message. It does not make much of an impression and is forgettable.
