Why a T-shirt?

Nobody believes in drunk driving.  But if you are 21 or older the law allows drunk driving if the blood alcohol stays below 0.08%  Society sends a strong, but mixed message to drivers. 

The proper message should be zero tolerance.  So while the law sends a mixed message, you can send the proper message -- The proper message is zero tolerance and that means a DUI Limit of 0% 

Wear the shirt and remind everybody there is a limit if you are under 21.   Go over the limit and the results can be catastrophic.
